Antoine P. Sultana is President & CEO of Lancaster International, LLC. He was Vice President, Global Real Estate and Head of Engineering of NYSE Euronext, Inc. prior to founding Lancaster International in 2014.
His track record encompasses every aspect of Real Estate from international construction to global project funding. Antoine began his career at Cushman & Wakefield as an Operating Engineer, further roles included Chief Engineer, Building Manager and Owners Representative. As Owners Representative for Howard Ronson and HRO Group, Antoine was responsible for the construction and operation of One Exchange Plaza and 45 Broadway in the Financial District.
He joined the New York Stock Exchange as Director, Real Estate and Facilities in 1985 and later transitioned to NYSE Euronext, Inc. and the Global Real Estate and Corporate Services Division as Managing Director. Antoine’s responsibilities would expand to Vice President, Global Real Estate and Corporate Services and Head of Engineering, Project Management and Operations at NYSE Euronext. During his tenure at NYSE Euronext and its securities exchanges, Antoine built a substantial track record of success owing to his strong background in and understanding of the Global Real Estate industry.
In 2014, Antoine retired from the New York Stock Exchange after nearly 29 years to found Lancaster International, LLC, a company that delivers real estate development projects in both the commercial and residential spheres. The goal of Lancaster International is to match institutional and private funds with the best development partner.
Antoine’s personal memberships include The Union League Club, Honor Legion of the Police Departments of the State of New Jersey (HLNJ), U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Office of Emergency Management (U.S. Department of the Interior), and Building Owners & Managers Association International. His interests include soccer—he is an avid Juventus F.C. fan, skeet and trap shooting, and pool.
