I found Naoko on the web site for another apartment listing. I am here to study English and my stay in NYC was short term. When I reached out to her she quickly reply my email and she showed me one apartment right away. I didn’t tell her it was short term so the apartment I went to see was for a full year lease term studio apartment in Upper East.
She quickly came back and showed me a several short term studio in midtown. There was scaffolding in front of the building. As soon as we walked in the building was very clean and elevator and the laundry room in the building.
While we are viewing apartments, another tenant came in. I was surprised how competitive summer time short term rental was. I turned my application in on the same day. Due to my circumstances, Naoko suggested to open the bank account in New York City. She assisted me to go there with me and try to get the application going quicker because I wanted to move in very quickly. My English was poor so she also helped me open up ConEdison (Electric) account for me over the phone.
Regardless of delay in wire transfer to local bank, she negotiated with the building manger to let me in earlier without entire paperwork and payment. I am glad I found her and she took care of me.
When I need apartment again, I will definitely reach out to her. She is New York City number one agent that I can account on. I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs.
Kevin was great in showing me exactly what I wanted in the price range, etc. His knowledge is fantastic. He also is a great guy who really cares about doing the right thing for his client. We would highly recommend Kevin to anyone interested in purchasing in NYC. Great guy + knowledge + high values = great experience.
We hired Rob for our purchase of a 2 bedroom / 2 bath condop in 240 East 76th Street. We had originally bid for a different unit in the same building, but the sponsor accepted another offer. Nonetheless, Rob was able to find us another (larger) unit in the building on a higher floor, and the owners accepted our offer. During the purchase process, Rob played a great intermediary between us (and our attorney) and the sellers (and their attorney), and the negotiation and closing progressed without any delays.
Also, when we decided to lease out our 1 bedroom in Manhattan, we sought Rob's help again. In a matter of 2 weeks (maybe less), he was able to procure renters for us at an attractive rate. This again proved Rob's ability as a service provider by providing another flawless execution for his client.
In both transactions, He took on most of the work (paper work with the coop board, coordinated with the lawyers, interacted with the coop management, negotiation, administrative matters, etc) in the execution process.
In sum, Rob is a full service agent with great ability to solve his clients' problems and is extremely responsive to his clients' needs.
Overall, Rob had great knowledge of the building's management company, our super, our fellow tenants and the neighborhood. He's got a great sense of humor and very positive attitude and he was willing to work with us whenever & wherever.
