Ann Zemaitis has been living and working in New York City for 35 years, owning homes in Greenwich Village, Tribeca, Brooklyn Heights, and is also working on a historic 1882 Victorian 8 bedroom beach house in Cape May, NJ, enjoying restoring it to its original elegance. Ann combines her vast knowledge of real estate with marketing expertise, creativity and endless drive to assist anyone in selling their home, or in obtaining a dream home, pied-a-terre or investment property.
She has worked with many notable & even famous clients and a successful entrepreneur, she owned one of the first skateboard stores in NYC in Soho and worked making skateboards with artists Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and other famous artists.
A lifelong animal lover, Ann also owned the first pet-care service in Tribeca & has her own dog, so knows what “pet friendly” means.
Ann is also extremely well educated, with an M.A., an MS Ed. and studied for an M.B.A. in marketing at Baruch College.
She had the pleasure of teaching at C.U.N.Y. colleges for six years.
In Ann's free time she enjoys nothing more than spending time with her two sons--
Nick (an energetic high-school teenager) and Alexander (an autistic grade-schooler who is playful and loving),
making the most of New York City and all its diversions!
