Adriano R. Hultmann, is a seasoned Real Estate Associate Broker licensed since 2004. Adriano started his career, and was trained in all the facets of the NYC Real Estate landscape at the two largest NYC brokerage houses. Throughout these years, Adriano has sold and leased hundreds of units in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn, and was consecutively ranked among the top producers in the offices he worked in.
He specializes in Marketing and Sales of condo new developments and investment multifamily sales, serving developers and investors to create the most saleable and profitable product, being it a new condominium or an investment property. From financial feasibility, conception and best use, pre-marketing, pricing and sales strategies, terms negotiations, all the way to the closing table and final follow up.
Adriano also serves foreign buyers and represents individual sellers.
He is highly regarded among his clients and fellow brokers and has been mentioned several times in the press: The New York Times, New York Magazine, Channel 5, New York Post, The Real Deal among others.
He holds a BBS in International Marketing from Zicklin School of Business and a Master in Photography from the School of Visual Arts and Continuing Education Courses in Real Estate Finance by NYU. Adriano has been in dozens of workshops, exhibitions, trade shows and courses in Real Estate and in the Arts fields, both as a participant and as an instructor/speaker.
